Processing time is separate from shipping or transit time.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

All delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless specifically stated otherwise.

Receiving part of your order does not necessarily mean that the remainder of the order is missing.

Tracking information may take additional time to update after a shipping label has been created.

For orders shipped in multiple packages, customers may receive more than one tracking number.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an address error.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Beach Chic Boutique.

These may include carrier disruptions, severe weather, transportation delays, natural disasters, holidays, or other unexpected events.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing significant shipping issues, but carrier delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information shows that a package has not moved for an extended period or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment.

Beach Chic Boutique cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, except where required by law or where circumstances indicate an error occurred during fulfillment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Beach Chic Boutique promptly after delivery.

We may request additional information before determining the appropriate resolution.

Personalized Products

Personalized and customized products may require additional processing time before shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization information is accurate before submitting an order.

Once production has begun, changes to personalized products may not be possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, processing, or fulfillment, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped before shipment.

International Shipping

Beach Chic Boutique currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
